She scooped him up in her arms from his crib and his tiny little fingers instantly wrapped around hers.  He squeaked his little newborn squeak sounds as he stretched his neck…  She and I  both smiled  knowing how precious their little noises are. In just a  few short months those sounds will fall away and will be replaced with babble and giggles for this little boy.

Dad glanced over as his wife sat in their son’s bedroom chair, and if you listened closely you could almost hear his heart grow with love. This amazing family shared their beautiful baby boy with me last weekend and we had an amazing few hours together.  We chatted about babies and how they change our lives, and make us delirious, and then this handsome little boy let me document these memories for his family in a way that was nothing short of perfection. The morning was full of laughter and love, even little mister agreed.

There is something so magical about capturing families in their new roles, their new space, and in their new synergy. I am honored and grateful to be on this journey with them.  I cannot wait to see them again and do this all over again!
