Hello gracious friends.

I feel like it has been far too long with an explanation of my absence around here!  There has been a lot of balls being juggled since the end of last year and we are finally just coming out of the craziness!  As you can see below – I didn’t even get to finish our 12 days of Christmas giveaways! (Don’t worry – I will re-run the promotion to make up for it!) Unfortunately, just as I started that promotion, things turned into a roller coaster!  My sweet little ladybug went through the ringer for a good three-four weeks.  From pneumonia, to infections, then reactions, to even a baby root canal – it was a rough few weeks.   Just as she got better, my little dude came down with a few bouts of sicknesses of his own! Despite all the big plans I had for the month of January for restructuring some pricing – collections – marketing material – my website and the list goes on…. I didn’t quite get there. All of that got put on hold when my number one duty of being Mom too priority.  

But, I am happy to report, after the school vacation week being filled with the nasty virus that is going around – we are all finally HEALTHY and HAPPY! Back to school today for everyone and back to work for this Mama! I couldn’t be more excited.   I have so many things that will be updated soon – website – blog – pricing – camera workshops – ahhh So exciting. I really need to learn some patience though — that’s not a strong suit for me 🙂  

I also wanted take a minute to say thank you to so many of my amazing clients. The last year and a half has been both a struggle and a blessing for me personally and professionally.  I have received some of the most amazing support from so many amazing people – I couldn’t be where I am today without all of it.  The amazing people I’ve been blessed to work with over the last year and a half have had a profound impact on me and I am so grateful to every one of you for every smile, tear, and memory you shared with me. Whether we have been friends forever, or even worked together for years, or it was the first time we ever met – You each mean so much to me. Thank you. From the bottom of my heart. 

Having said that – I also have about 30 families to blog about from last fall. (EEKKK!!! Can you say back logged!?!?) But, I promise – I will post an image from all of these amazing families so I can share with everyone just how special they are!  So please, be patient – but I promise, I will get there.

Whew. I am making a lot of transitions right now and I am excited for the new direction my business is going – I can’t wait to share this journey with all of you.

Thank you for your grace, your patience, but most of all, thank you for your warm hearts, touching thank you notes, soul bursting smiles and gentle hugs. You mean more to me than I’ll ever be able to express in words.
