remembered. Keri Jeanne Photography : Memory Keeper

Today I am painfully reminded of the power of my job. Sometimes I feel like the craziness of all the juggling schedules, remembering who has to be where, what events are coming up, who needs what for school…. we forget what we are doing. What we are meant for. What matters.

Every so often, I am reminded that the moments of today will become faint memories -if anything- in just a short amount of time. Isn’t that the way, doesn’t it all just blend together? The everyday juggling. The laundry. The giggles from the kids. The dishes that need to be done. All of it. Unless we take the time to remember it.

Days like today, I am forced to stop. To reflect. To really embrace the power of my job. To really honor the gift I am given. To cherish the gift I can give families, forever.

I am a timekeeper. I am a memory giver. I am blessed.

In honor of 9/11 I have posted some photos from a trip I had in 2009 when I went to the twin towers.. It was beyond powerful.

To those loved and lost – we are grateful for your sacrifice. To those affected by those lost, may you be surrounded by love and light.

Be kind. Be gracious. Life is short.

Much Love,
